1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ghplay888 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. 3 Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ghplay888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ghplay888 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying ghplay888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ghplay888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ghplay888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Maya (PayMaya) — minimum deposit ₱100; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. ghplay888 does not charge internal withdrawal fees for GCash and Maya transactions, though your e-wallet provider's own terms may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ghplay888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ghplay888 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon the deadline.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ghplay888 Platform — including but not limited to the ghplay888 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ghplay888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ghplay888.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ghplay888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ghplay888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ghplay888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to These Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform fairness, ghplay888 may refer the matter to its independent auditor for review. The auditor's findings shall be considered final and binding with respect to technical matters.
